DESCRIPTION
Case #RC24-SHIP-003 was approved for rehabilitation on May 6, 2025, with a mortgage of $182,000.00 and a grant agreement of $10,960.00, for a total project cost of $192,960.00. During the rehabilitation it was determined the cost needed to be adjusted for a raised mound septic system, remove buried trash, and large oak tree in the center of the property. The cost of the additional work will be $9,150.00 and the additional recording costs will be $60.00. This increases the mortgage to $191,150.00 and the grant agreement to $11,020.00, for a total project cost of $202,170.00.
RECOMMENDATION
Request approval of this Modification of SHIP Rehabilitation Program 1) Homeowner Assistance Agreement and 2) Grant Agreement for Case #RC24-SHIP-003.
FISCAL IMPACT
Funds are available in the Affordable Housing Trust Fund.
