DESCRIPTION
The Old Haines City Lake Alfred Road Box Culvert Project is included in the current year CIP for the Roads & Drainage Division.
This CSA is needed to allow the Consultant to provide design services on the project. The design is anticipated to be 9 months. The Consultant will provide services for the design of a new box culvert to replace a failing one on Old Haines City Lake Alfred Road. The design shall cover roadway, drainage, hydraulics, and any associated permits, utility coordination, and post-design services.
RECOMMENDATION
Request Board approve CSA No. 2022-093-05 with NV5, Inc. for the Old Haines City Lake Alfred Road Box Culvert Project.
FISCAL IMPACT
Funds are budgeted in the Transportation Millage Fund within the Roads and Drainage 5 year CIP.
