DESCRIPTION

This is an applicant-initiated request for property located south of Bayberry Street, west of Lake Hatchineha, north of County Road 542 (Lake Hatchineha Road), east of Marigold Avenue, and east of the City of Haines City, in Section 20, Township 26, Range 27.

 

State law requires one Planning Commission hearing, which was held on December 3rd, 2025, with a recommendation for approval (7:0).

 

Section 163.3187, Florida Statutes require the local governing board to take action on the proposed amendment.
