DESCRIPTION
Fox Branch Ranch Phase 1 & 2 is a 231 single family development. This project received construction plan approval from Polk County on May 15, 2023. Fox Branch Ranch Phase 1 & 2 is located in the Northwest Regional Utility Service Area in S-08, T-27, R-23, and is located on Kathleen Road in Lakeland, Florida. All requirements for acceptance of the Fox Branch Ranch Phase 1 & 2 potable water, wastewater and reclaim water utility system improvements have been met. The Land Development Division has reviewed all documentation presented and recommends acceptance of these improvements.
RECOMMENDATION
Request Board accept the potable water, wastewater and reclaim water utility system improvements of Fox Branch Ranch Phase 1 & 2 for ownership, operation, and maintenance responsibilities by Polk County Utilities.
