DESCRIPTION

This is an applicant-initiated request for property located on the north side of Hwy 540A east of Strickland Avenue, west of Crews Lake Road and south of Clubhouse Road, southeast of the City of Lakeland and northwest of the City of Bartow, in Section 14, Township 29, Range 24. State law requires one Planning Commission hearing, which was held June 3, 2026, with a recommendation for approval (7:0).
