DESCRIPTION

This is a County-initiated request for property located south of Hutchins Road, west of Old Bowling Green Road, southwest of the City of Fort Meade in Section 17, Township 32, Range 25.

State law requires one Planning Commission hearing, which was held May 3, 2026, with a recommendation for approval 7:0. Section 163.3187, Florida Statutes require the local governing board to take action on the proposed amendment.
