Approve Construction Agreement and Resolution with the Florida Department of Transportation. (FDOT) for the SR 60 @ Old Bartow/Lake Wales Road Improvement Project (no fiscal impact).

DESCRIPTION
The SR 60 @ Old Bartow/Lake Wales Road Improvement Project is included in the current year CIP for the Roads & Drainage Division. The improvements to the intersection include adding a right turn lane to Old Bartow/Lake Wales Road. Construction bids are currently being solicited and the project will be completed in 2026. Approval of this agreement is required by FDOT for work to occur within state right right-of-way.
RECOMMENDATION
Request the Board approve the Construction Agreement with FDOT for the SR 60 @ Old Bartow/Lake Wales Road Improvement Project and approve the associated Resolution that authorizes the Chairman to execute the Construction Agreement.
FISCAL IMPACT
Construction funds for this project are available in the Impact Fee Zone C Fund.
