DESCRIPTION
Kim McCranie of Carter-Kaye Engineering, on Behalf of Warner Southern University, requests Conditional Use approval of a 290,000 gallons per day (GPD) Wastewater Treatment Plant in an INST-2X district on +/- 97 acres. The site is located at 151 Warner Drive, west of U.S. Highway 27, south of Alturas-Babson Park Cutoff Road, east of the CSX Railroad, west of Fulton Hall, west of the town of Hillcrest Heights, south of the city of Lake Wales, north of the town of Frostproof in Section 34, Township 30, Range 27.
