DESCRIPTION

Donald Bell requests a waiver to Section 705.B for approval for an additional residential lot with access through a private easement that is longer the ¼ mile and accessed by more than four lots.  The property is located 514 Sunset Lane, west of State Road 559, north of Reflection Boulevard, South of Sutton Road, north of the City of Auburndale, in Section 22, Township 27, Range 25. Section 907 of the LDC requires one Planning Commission hearing, which was held on November 1, 2023, with a recommendation for approval (Vote 7:0).
