This is an applicant-initiated Future Land Use Map change for 26.21 acres from Business-Park Center (BPC) to Industrial (IND). The location is on the south side of Cozart Road, east of Highway 27 South, south of the City of Mulberry, and east and west of the CSX railroad, in Section 13, Township 30, Range 23.
