DESCRIPTION

This is an applicant-initiated Large-Scale Comprehensive Plan Map Amendment for property located across All ECX in the US 98 Selected Area Plan

State law requires one Planning Commission hearing, which was held on November 5th, 2025, with a recommendation for approval (6:1). This is the transmittal hearing to Florida Commerce and the adoption hearing is scheduled for January 20th, 2026, at 9:30 a.m.
