DESCRIPTION
Polk County Roads and Drainage is currently constructing a sidewalk along the east side of Chestnut Road from US 92 to Yeats Road. To allow construction activities within the FDOT right-of-way at US92, FDOT is requiring that Polk County and FDOT enter into a Construction Agreement. FDOT is also requiring that a Resolution be executed by the by the Polk County Board of County Commissioners.
RECOMMENDATION
Request the Board approve the Construction Agreement with FDOT and the proposed Resolution.

There are no financial implications pertaining to this activity.
