Approve SHIP rehabilitation/replacement Homeowner Assistance Agreement for Case #RC23-SHIP-014 in the amount of $172,000.00 for home replacement and rehabilitation/replacement Grant Agreement in the amount of $11,525.00 for construction soft costs, for a total project cost of $183,525.00.
RECOMMENDATION
Request approval of this SHIP rehabilitation/replacement agreement.
FISCAL IMPACT
Funds are available in the Affordable Housing Trust Fund.
