DESCRIPTION
Stein US 98 Self Storage is a commercial development. This project received construction plan approval from Polk County on September 15, 2022, Stein US 98 Self Storage is located in the Northwest Regional Utility Service Area in S-23, T-27, R-23, and is located on US Highway 98 in Lakeland, Florida. All requirements for acceptance of the Stein US 98 Self Storage potable water and wastewater utility system improvements have been met. The Land Development Division has reviewed all of the documentation presented and recommends acceptance of these improvements.
RECOMMENDATION
Request Board accept the potable water, wastewater and reclaim water utility system improvements of Stein US 98 Self Storage for ownership, operation, and maintenance responsibilities by Polk County Utilities.
