Accept a Drainage Easement from Mosaic Fertilizer, LLC for drainage improvements along Bonnie Mine Road. (No fiscal impact)

DESCRIPTION
The County has plans to make repairs to, and around, a storm water cross drain under Bonnie Mine Road located to the west of Bartow in order to alleviate ongoing erosion issues. The right-of-way on Bonnie Mine Road is limited in the area of the cross drain and is insufficient to make the repairs. An easement area has been identified measuring approximately 15-feet wide and containing approximately 870 square feet along the easterly side of the road right-of-way which would accommodate the planned. County staff contacted the owner of the property, Mosaic Fertilizer, LLC, and requested an easement in order to move forward with the repairs. The owner has agreed to the request and has executed and delivered a Drainage Easement to the County. Accepting the aforementioned Drainage Easement will give the County the easement needed for the construction and future maintenance of the planned drainage improvements.
RECOMMENDATION
Request Board accept the aforementioned Drainage Easement.
