DESCRIPTION
This is a County initiated request to policies in Objective 2.110-B (Rural Cluster Centers) and Policies 2.110-J1 & L3 regarding existing activity center expansions and the initiation of Activity Center Plans in a Rural Development Area (RDA). State law requires one Planning Commission hearing, which was held on January 3, 2024. The Planning Commission voted 6:0 to recommend approval.
RECOMMENDATION
Request Board set the transmittal date for February 20, 2024, at 9:30 a.m. and the adoption hearing date for April 16, 2024, at 9:30 a.m.
