Approve, and ratify County Manager’s prior execution of, State of Florida Government Cybersecurity Grant Program (No fiscal impact)

DESCRIPTION
The County applied for a Cybersecurity Grant through the State of Florida to receive capabilities including software access, incident response assistance and training, technical assistance and support. The grant was previously awarded to the County through the grant program, and represents a renewal of previously awarded capabilities, with no additional capabilities awarded this year. Due to the limited time frame to apply and receive these services, while the County would not be awarded nor responsible for paying for these services at this time, we would receive services that exceed the County Manager's signature authority. Accordingly, the Grant Agreement, and the County Manager’s prior signature thereto, must be ratified by the Board.
RECOMMENDATION
Approve, and ratify County Manager's prior signature of, Cybersecurity Grant
