DESCRIPTION
Request for Proposal (RFP) 24-383, Professional Engineering Services for North Rifle Range Road Drainage & Sidewalk Improvements - Wahneta Project was issued, and five vendors submitted proposals.
On January 7, 2025, the Board approved Agreement 2025-002 with WSP USA to provide design, permitting, and construction administration for the connection point of the drainage and sidewalk improvements on North Rifle Range Road in Wahneta for the not-to-exceed amount of $314,979.00.
This amendment provides for additional design services to alter Thompson Nursery Road drainage work, which requires an additional $66,588.17. Services will continue through completion of the project which is estimated to take 60 days.
RECOMMENDATION
Amendment No. 1 to Agreement 2025-002, with WSP USA for engineering services for the North Rifle Range Road drainage & sidewalk improvement project in the amount of $66,588.17.
FISCAL IMPACT
Funding is budgeted and available in the Community Development Block Grant Fund within the Roads and Drainage Wahneta Infrastructure Master Plan CIP Project.
