DESCRIPTION

This is an applicant-initiated request for property located south of Mystery House Road, west of Power Line Road, north of Baker Dairy Road, east of US Highway 92 (State Road 600), and west of Haines City, in Section 22, Township 27, Range 27. State law requires one Planning Commission hearing, which was held on November 6, 2024, with a recommendation for approval by a 7:0 vote.

 

RECOMMENDATION

Request Board set the adoption hearing date for December 17, 2024, at 9:15 a.m.
