DESCRIPTION
Providence Apartments Phase 1 is a 527 unit multifamily development. This project received construction plan approval from Polk County on October 11, 2021, Providence Apartments Phase 1 is located in the Northeast Regional Utility Service Area in S-07, T-26, R-28, and is located on Ronald Reagan Parkway in Davenport, Florida. All requirements for acceptance of the Providence Apartments Phase 1 potable water, wastewater and reclaim water utility system improvements have been met. The Land Development Division has reviewed all of the documentation presented and recommends acceptance of these improvements.
RECOMMENDATION
Request Board accept the potable water, wastewater and reclaim water utility system improvements of Providence Apartments Phase 1 for ownership, operation, and maintenance responsibilities by Polk County Utilities.
