DESCRIPTION
Polk County Roads and Drainage is requesting the CONSULTANT prepare Contract Documents for construction of the project. Services shall include Roadway and Drainage Plans, Utility Adjustment Plans, Environmental Permits, Signing and Pavement Marking Plans, Signalization Plans, Construction Quantity and Cost Estimates, Specifications, and assistance with Right-of-Way Acquisition and Bidding Phase Services for improvements to the intersection of US 27 and Bates Road. The Total Cost for providing these services shall not exceed $307,006.07.
RECOMMENDATION
Request Board approve Consultant Services Authorization 2022-095-06 with RK&K, LLP, (CONSULTANT) to provide professional design services for the development of full construction documents for the US 27 at Bates Road intersection. (Total cost not to exceed $307,006.07)
FISCAL IMPACT
Funds are budgeted and available in the Transportation Trust Fund with in the Roads and Drainage 5 year CIP
