Approve Resolution with FDOT for the Cooley Rd Sidewalk Project. (No fiscal impact)

DESCRIPTION
The Cooley Road Sidewalk Project is in the current year CIP for the Roads & Drainage Division. The design and permitting phases are now complete. The FDOT requires that the Board approve the Construction Agreement and associated resolution as the last step in the permitting process. Once the Construction Agreement is fully executed, staff will obtain bids for construction.
The Construction Agreement was approved at the 8/4/26 Board meeting, Item R.18, but the resolution was inadvertently omitted.
Therefore, the resolution needs to be signed and approved by the Board before the Construction Agreement can be fully executed.
RECOMMENDATION
Request Board approve the Resolution with FDOT.
