DESCRIPTION
On February 1, 2022, the Board accepted a cash surety in the amount of $1,563.90. A warranty inspection was performed on January 11, 2024, concerning all items listed in the engineer’s cost estimate. These items have been completed to the satisfaction of Polk County. The Land Development Division requests the Board release the cash surety in the amount of $1,563.90.
RECOMMENDATION
Request Board approve the release of the cash surety in the amount of $1,563.90 for Posner Village Phase 2.
