DESCRIPTION
Approve Homeowner Assistance Agreement for Case #RC24-CDBG-001 in the amount of $181,200.00 for home replacement and a CDBG Rehabilitation/Replacement Program Grant Agreement in the amount of $10,876.00 for construction soft costs, for a total project cost of $192,076.00.
RECOMMENDATION
Request approval of this CDBG Rehabilitation/Replacement Program 1) Homeowner Assistance Agreement and 2) Grant Agreement for Case #RC24-CDBG-001.
FISCAL IMPACT
Funds are available in the Special Revenue Grant Fund.
