DESCRIPTION
The developer of a proposed residential development located along Lake Hamilton Drive is constructing, in conjunction with its development, a sidewalk adjacent to the County roadway which lies outside of the right-of-way. The County, through its Development Review Process, requested a sidewalk easement for the future maintenance of the public sidewalk. The developer/property owner, Cottages at Lake Hamilton, LLC, a Florida limited liability company, has executed and delivered a Sidewalk Easement to the County. Accepting the aforementioned Sidewalk Easement will give the County the easement needed for the future maintenance of the proposed public sidewalk.
RECOMMENDATION
Request Board accept the aforementioned Sidewalk Easement.
