DESCRIPTION
Case RC22-SHIP-017 was approved for rehabilitation on August 22, 2023, with a mortgage of $159,600.00 and a grant agreement of $8,109.20, for a total project cost of $167,709.20. Additional demolition work was needed around the property which required more labor and machinery prior to rebuilding dwelling. The cost of the additional labor and machinery will be $3,700.00 and the additional recording costs will be $32.00. This increases the mortgage to $163,300.00 and the grant agreement to $8,141.20, for a total project cost of $171,441.20.
RECOMMENDATION
Request approval of this SHIP modification rehabilitation program agreement.
FISCAL IMPACT
Funds are available in the Affordable Housing Trust Fund.
