DESCRIPTION
Lakeland Boat & RV Storage is a commercial development. This project received construction plan approval from Polk County on April 12, 2023, Lakeland Boat & RV Storage is located in the Northwest Regional Utility Service Area in S-11, T-27, R-23, and is located on Lanier Road in Lakeland, Florida. All requirements for acceptance of the Lakeland Boat & RV Storage potable water utility system improvements have been met. The Land Development Division has reviewed all of the documentation presented and recommends acceptance of these improvements.
RECOMMENDATION
Request Board accept the potable water utility system improvements of Lakeland Boat & RV Storage for ownership, operation, and maintenance responsibilities by Polk County Utilities.
