Approve SHIP rehabilitation/replacement Homeowner Assistance Agreement for Case #RC23-SHIP-004 in the amount of $167,550.00 and rehabilitation/replacement program Grant Agreement in the amount of $7,656.20 for construction soft costs, for a total project cost of $175,206.20.
RECOMMENDATION
Request approval of this SHIP rehabilitation/replacement agreement.
FISCAL IMPACT
Funds are available in the Affordable Housing Trust Fund.
