DESCRIPTION
The Information Technology division requested Procurement solicit proposals from qualified vendors to provide Oracle cloud managed services. Services are to include but are not limited to quarterly patch testing, functional and technical support of our Oracle Fusion environment, quarterly health checks, integration cloud technical support and Business Intelligence report creation and assistance.
Request for proposal (RFP) 23-464, Oracle Cloud Managed Services was issued, and four vendors submitted proposals. The selection committee met on September 25, 2023, to evaluate and score the proposals. The consensus of the selection committee was to request the Board authorize staff to enter into contract negotiations with the top two proposers, beginning with the highest-scored proposer, Version 1.

A recommendation to award was posted on October 26, 2023, and no protests were received.
RECOMMENDATION
Request Board approve the selection committee’s recommendation and authorize staff to enter into contract negotiations with the top two proposers, starting with the highest scored proposer, Version 1 of New York, NY for RFP 23-464, Oracle Managed Cloud Services, and moving to the second-highest scored proposer if negotiations with Version 1 are unsuccessful.
FISCAL IMPACT
There is no fiscal impact during negotiations.
