DESCRIPTION
In FY 2019/20, Information Technology implemented Microsoft Office 365 across the BoCC, Clerk, and Property Appraiser’s Office. This renewal continues and expands those services, including Microsoft 365 licensing, security enhancements, and cloud-based tools.
The renewal agreement maintains core services such as Microsoft Teams, OneDrive, Email, and SharePoint, while continuing to enhance cybersecurity, device management, and reporting capabilities.
The updated agreement reflects current licensing quantities and services as detailed in the attached renewal paperwork and quote.
RECOMMENDATION
Recommend Board approve the renewal of Microsoft Enterprise Agreement licensing as listed on the attached quote for a three-year period.
FISCAL IMPACT
Annual Cost: $1,914,913.98; Three-Year Total: $5,744,741.94
Funds have been budgeted within the Information Technology Technical Services Operating Fund in Fiscal Year 2025/2026. The future year costs are based on the Microsoft Enterprise Agreement renewal quote and will be budgeted accordingly in future fiscal years.
