On January 4, 2022, the Board accepted Maintenance Bond No. SU1169874-1 in the amount of $40,104.28. A warranty inspection was performed on December 15, 2023 concerning all items listed in the engineer’s cost estimate. These items have been completed to the satisfaction of Polk County. The Land Development Division requests the Board release Maintenance Bond No. SU1169874-1 in the amount of $40,104.28.
RECOMMENDATION
Request Board approve the release of Maintenance Bond No. SU1169874-1 in the amount of $40,104.28 for Tierra Del Sol East Phase 2.
