On June 3, 2025, the Board accepted a performance surety bond in the amount of $327,746.43 for miscellaneous construction items. An inspection was performed on December 1, 2025, concerning miscellaneous construction items. These items have been completed to the satisfaction of Polk County. The Land Development Division requests the Board release Performance Bond No. 30242652 in the amount of $327,746.43.
RECOMMENDATION
Request Board approves the release of Performance Bond No. 30242652 in the amount of $327,746.43 for McDonald's 9-2686 Wahneta.
