DESCRIPTION
This is an applicant-initiated request for property located south of State Road 540, west of State Road 655, north of State Road 555 (US Highway 17), east of Spirit Lake Road, and north of the City of Winter Haven, in Section 36, Township 28, Range 25. State law requires one Planning Commission hearing, which will be held July 10, 2024, with a recommendation for denial (4:2).
