DESCRIPTION

This is an applicant-initiated request for property south of Chinook Road, North of Halibut Road, East of Caspian Road, and east of the City of Haines City, in Section 34, Township 27, Range 28. State law requires one Planning Commission hearing, which was held March 5, 2025, with a recommendation of approval by a 7:0 vote.

 

RECOMMENDATION

Request Board set the transmittal hearing date for May 6, 2025, at 9:15 a.m. and the adoption hearing date for July 1, 2025, at 9:15 a.m.
