DESCRIPTION
Myrtlebrook Preserve is a 77 single family home development. This project received construction plan approval from Polk County on February 13, 2023, Myrtlebrook Preserve is located in the Northwest Regional Utility Service Area in S-22, T-27, R-23, and is located on Magnolia in Lakeland, Florida. All requirements for acceptance of the Myrtlebrook Preserve potable water, wastewater and reclaim water utility system improvements have been met. The Land Development Division has reviewed all of the documentation presented and recommends acceptance of these improvements.
RECOMMENDATION
Request Board accept the potable water, wastewater and reclaim water utility system improvements of Myrtlebrook Preserve for ownership, operation, and maintenance responsibilities by Polk County Utilities.
