DESCRIPTION

This is a County-initiated request for property located east of State Road 35 (US 17-98), north of US Highway 98, south of County Road 640, west of Pool Branch Road, east of the city of Fort Meade, in Section 25, Township 31, Range 25. State law requires one Planning Commission hearing, which was held on October 4, 2023, with a recommendation for approval (6:0).

 

RECOMMENDATION

Request Board set the adoption hearing date for November 21, 2023, at 9:30 a.m.
