DESCRIPTION
Cecil Teasley requests a right-of-way reduction from thirty-five (35) feet to fifteen (15) feet and an accessory structure interior side reduction from seven (7) feet to three (3) feet for the construction of a 30 by 45-foot four car detached garage in an Agricultural/Residential Rural district in the Southeast Polk Village Center Selected Area Plan on +/- 1.12 acres. The subject property is located at 2000 North Scenic Highway, north Highway 630 West, south of Scenic Highway North, east of Highway US 27, west of Scenic Highway North, south of the City of Lake Wales in Section 19, Township 30, Range 28.
