DESCRIPTION
The applicant, Charles Brooker of Traditions Engineering, is requesting a Small-Scale Comprehensive Plan Amendment on behalf of the property owners, Daughtery Road Gibson Court Land Trust, to change the Future Land Use Designation from Residential Low (RL-3) to Residential Medium (RM) on 2.52 +/- acres of property in the Urban Growth Area (UGA) and TCCO. The site is located south of Marcum Road, west of Norton Road, east of US Highway 98, and north of Daughtery Road, east of the City of Lakeland, in Sections 24, Township 27, and Range 23.
