Approve a SHIP Homeowner Assistance Agreement for Case #RC26-SHIP-003 in the amount of $214,999.99 for home Demolition/Reconstruction. Also, a SHIP Demolition/Reconstruction Grant Agreement in the amount of $8,154.99 for construction soft costs. The total project cost is $223,154.98.
For reference, the 2026 International Building Code Valuation Table identifies an estimated construction cost of $175.92 per square foot. The total project cost for this home is $156.59 per square foot
