DESCRIPTION

This is a county-initiated request for property located at 1145 County Road 540A, west of Gladman Road. east of Carter Road, south of Scott Lake Elementary, and north of Hallam Preserve, south of the city of Lakeland, north of the town of Mulberry in Section 19, Township 29, Range 24. State law requires one Planning Commission hearing, which was held on August 6, 2025, with a recommendation for approval by a 7:0 vote.

Request Board set the adoption hearing date for September 2, 2025, at 9:15 a.m.
