DESCRIPTION

This is an applicant-initiated request for property located at 4235 & 4245 Maine Avenue, north of the Polk Parkway, east of Reynolds Road, east of the City of Lakeland in Section 35, Township 28, Range 24.  State law requires one Planning Commission hearing, which will be held on January 7, 2026.

 

RECOMMENDATION

Request Board set the hearing date for January 20, 2026, at 9:15 a.m.
