DESCRIPTION
Approve SHIP Rehabilitation/Replacement Homeowner Assistance Agreement for Case #RC23-SHIP-003 in the amount of $186,750.00 for home replacement and Rehabilitation/Replacement Grant Agreement in the amount of $18,437.50 for construction soft costs, for a total project cost of $205,187.50.
RECOMMENDATION
Request approval of this SHIP Rehabilitation/Replacement Agreement.
FISCAL IMPACT
Funds are available in the Affordable Housing Trust Fund.
