DESCRIPTION
This is an applicant-initiated request for property located on the north side of Alturas-Babson Park Road (ABC) Road, three miles west of the US 27/ABC Road intersection, ½ mile east of the Crews Road and ABC Road intersection, southwest of the city of Lake Wales, in Section 29, Township 30, Range 27. State law requires one Planning Commission hearing, which was held on December 6, 2023, with a recommendation for approval (6:0).
