DESCRIPTION
This is a County-initiated request for policies relating to Indian Lakes Estates (ILE). ILE is located east of Lake Walk in the Water, south of SR 60 and north of CR 630 between Lake Walk in the Water and the intersection of SR 60 and CR 630.
State law requires one Planning Commission hearing, which was held on June 3, 2026, with a recommendation for approval (Vote 7:0). This is the adoption hearing to the Department of Florida Commerce, and the transmittal was held on June 16, 2026, at 9:15 a.m.
