DESCRIPTION
Chateau at Astonia is a 232 single family development. This project received construction plan approval from Polk County on April 5, 2022 Chateau at Astonia is located in the Northeast Regional Utility Service Area in S-22, T-26, R-27, and is located on North Highway 547 in Davenport, Florida. All requirements for acceptance of the Chateau at Astonia potable water, wastewater, reclaim water utility system and offsite improvements have been met. The Land Development Division has reviewed all of the documentation presented and recommends acceptance of these improvements.
RECOMMENDATION
Request Board accept the potable water, wastewater, reclaim water utility system and offsite improvements of Chateau at Astonia for ownership, operation, and maintenance responsibilities by Polk County Utilities.
