DESCRIPTION
This request is to accept a Performance Surety in the amount of $317,849.50 in the form of Commercial Maintenance Bond No. FL616348 for paving improvements to Barry Road as listed in the engineer’s cost estimate. On October 3rd, 2023, the Board approved an infrastructure agreement for improvements to Barry Road in association with the Eden Gardens Phase 2 residential development. The Land Development Division has reviewed the performance surety request and recommends acceptance of this performance surety.
RECOMMENDATION
Request Board accept Performance Surety in the amount of $317,849.50 in the form of Commercial Maintenance Bond No. FL616348 for paving improvements to Barry Road.
