DESCRIPTION
Request that the Board set a public hearing to consider the adoption of an ordinance providing procedure requirements to close county-owned roads, prohibiting certain road closures without the approval of the Board, providing certain exemptions, providing for compliance, enforcement, and penalties, and providing an effective date.
RECOMMENDATION
Set public hearing for April 1, 2025, at 9:00 a.m. or soon thereafter.
