DESCRIPTION
Approve a SHIP Homeowner Assistance Agreement for Case #RC25-SHIP-015 in the amount of $205,899.48 for home Demolition/Reconstruction. Also, approve a SHIP Demolition/Reconstruction Grant Agreement in the amount of $13,766.98 for construction soft costs. The total project cost is $219,666.46.
For reference, the 2026 International Building Code Valuation Table identifies an estimated construction cost of $175.92 per square foot. The total project cost for this home is $154.15 per square foot
