Jarred Wynn P.E., of Kimley Horn and Associates Inc., on behalf of Trimak Building Systems Inc. requests a variance to the impervious surface ratio (ISR) on a Business Park Center-2 (BPC-2) property in the Rural Development Area (RDA) from 0.55 to 0.75.
