Jarred Wynn P.E., of Kimley Horn and Associates Inc., on behalf of Trimak Building Systems Inc. requests a variance to the impervious surface ratio (ISR) on a Business Park Center-2 (BPC-2) property in the Rural Development Area (RDA) from 0.55 to 0.75. The property is located at 4320 County Line Road, south of Drane Field Road, south of Spring Creek Drive, north of Medulla Road, west of Hamilton Road, west of the City of Lakeland, in Section 6, Township 29 and Range 23.
