SUMMARY
Request the Board approve the subject consultant services authorization (CSA) for the collection of traffic count data in support of the annual update of the TPO’s Roadway Network Database. This project is included in the TPO’s Adopted FY 2026/27 - 2027/28 Unified Planning Work Program (UPWP) where the project is referenced and fully funded.
